Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional patient care and client service
- Help establish and uphold high standards of medical quality and clinical excellence
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians, providing guidance, feedback, and encouragement
- Promote a positive, collaborative culture
- Facilitate medical discussions and encourage knowledge sharing among the veterinary team
- Support the onboarding and development of new veterinarians
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, communication, and the overall client and patient experience
