Tired of corporate production quotas, burnout culture, and one-size-fits-all protocols? At Rootstown Veterinary Hospital, we believe excellent patient care starts with supporting the people who provide it.

We are a thriving, privately owned small-animal clinic looking for a part-time Associate Veterinarian who values autonomy, collaboration, and a schedule that respects your life outside of work. No quotas. No emergency hours. Just thoughtful, case-by-case medicine in a supportive, team-centered environment.
