You’ll be supported by:
A consistent team of long-term RVTs, assistants, and receptionists
5–6 support staff per veterinarian
A collaborative team culture (together for 3+ years)

We currently have two full-time veterinarians, with our owner rotating between part-time and full-time coverage to support flexible scheduling and balanced workloads.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine examinations, vaccinations, and preventive care for pets.
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and injuries.
Communicate effectively with pet owners about treatment options and care plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals to ensure high-quality care.
Participate in continuing education and stay updated on veterinary practices.
Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care as needed.
Promote a positive and welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
Requirements:
DVM or equivalent veterinary degree from an accredited institution.
Active veterinary license in the state of Ohio.
Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Bonus if you have a focus in dental work.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing high-quality veterinary care.
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including rotating Saturdays.
Passion for animal welfare and client education.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $70,000–$100,000 (Based on 18–27 hours per week)
Additional Benefits Include:
$433/month student loan contribution (paid directly to lender)
