Valley Veterinary Clinic is now hiring two veterinarians. We will provide you training and mentorship in small animal medicine. You'll gain practice in diagnosing and treating disease and injury in a supportive learning environment.

What sets us apart is that we are a clinic, not a corporation. We have been in practice since 1978 and are important members of the Methow Valley community in North Central WA. We practice veterinary medicine, not profit maximization.

This is a full time role. Clinic hours are 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Evening or weekend work is not required. Pay is $120,000/year and we offer medical and dental insurance and three weeks of paid vacation and continuing education/licensure reimbursement. Relocation assistance is available.

    • You know that you are not expected to already know everything, so you're ready to learn and practice. You aren't defensive when you're learning.
    • You know that urgent and emergency care are important aspects of practicing veterinary medicine. You are looking forward to practicing this type of care, in addition to routine care.
    • You're dependable and you plan your time off in advance, so that if you miss work, it's for an important reason.
    • You have professional maturity and you are a clear and thoughtful communicator. You prefer working in a team because you work best with others.
