Our team is seeking an Associate Vice President to join our Strategic Communications team in New York, NY or Washington DC executing cutting-edge communications strategy for clients ranging from nonprofits and advocacy groups to media start-ups and industry leaders.
What You Will Be Doing:
Client Management
Digital Specific: ****
Content Development: Owns content strategy across client accounts or campaign portfolios, ensuring content drives engagement, meets performance goals, and supports broader marketing and communications objectives. Leads the development of content frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and integrated content plans. Partners with clients and internal teams to define the role of content across the funnel and channels. Oversees content quality, performance, and innovation, and supports the growth and development of junior content team members. They identify gaps in the market, anticipate where the industry is heading, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations for Precision's specialties and service offerings.
Platform Skills: Create and run content production processes across a variety of systems. Develop platform-specific digital strategies and expertise within at least one platform specialty (email, social, web)
Reporting: Drive digital reporting that maximizes useful strategic insights and positions the client and Precision for further growth.

The salary range for this role is $105,000-130,000.
We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 50% of working days per month.
