Job Description

We are two divisions of the same company who share a roster. Associated Adjusters Network (AAN) and Claims 411. There is no separate sign up to be assigned claims for both companies.

AAN handles property claims for various companies. We do daily and catastrophe claims. We will work with and assist in training newer adjusters.

NOTE: For property claims we utilize Xactimate and occasionally Symbility. Our adjusters will need to know or learn one or both software platforms.

Claims 411- handles trucking liability claims. It usually pays the adjuster 35 to 40 dollars per billable hour. Newer adjusters may be called upon to go out and get pictures or just go pick up a police report. Also, could be asked to go to an accident scene to meet with a driver or go to a warehouse and look at damaged cargo--Basically be our eyes and ears. Direction will be provided by a file manager from our office. Sometimes calls are made during the night if needed to go to an accident scene.

Our pay is structured so that the amount of money you make is ultimately up to you.

JOB SUMMARY

As an insurance adjuster with our organization you will:

• investigate,
• analyze,
• ascertain the extent of damages to residential homes,
• (as needed) climb roofs to identify damage.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Property adjusting experience.
• HAAG certification preferred.
• Xactimate estimate experience preferred.
• Some overnight travel may be required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must provide own health insurance coverage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Property damage estimating.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous insurance adjusting experience
• Experience estimating property damage
• Strong property estimating skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
