HVAC - CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

SUMMARY: We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER to manage our facility servicing our TIFTON, GA office and the surrounding areas. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for all operational aspects of managing a HVAC Distribution Hub. This will include workflow, cost management, and personnel management while constantly providing complete customer satisfaction. This position will supervise warehouse/transportation employees and offer support to District Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for managing the work flow and assignment of tasks to employees throughout the facility. To accomplish timely completion of logistics needs to satisfy customer expectations.
· Manages local fleet including drivers, trucks, and routes in conjunction with daily scheduling. Controls and improves costs associated with freight management.
· Provide over-all accountability and direction as needed to personnel. Create the most efficient workforce to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Offers support to Regional and District management, customers and associated vendors. Will work closely with our other offices to achieve efficiency.
· Responsible for facilities and equipment needs, security, and maintenance.
· Constantly ensuring accuracy in inventory cycle. Create measurable goals for all warehouse productivity and monitor each goal to measure success or make changes where needed.
· Other duties in accordance to business need.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· 3-5 years experience in distribution industry or warehouse operations
· HVAC experience – Minimum of 1 – 2 years
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and take on multiple responsibilities / new demands frequently.
