Escorting clients to errands and appointmentsCuing clients to take medications on timeMonitoring clients for health changesCompanion Care: Providing companionshipDietary Aide: preparing mealsLight housekeeping Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care needs, bathing, dressing, incontinence, etc.

Exercise as directed by the RN or PT

Keep daily nursing notes in paperwork provided

Work efficiently with other caregivers to provide high standard of care

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certificates preferred but not required for this position. A valid Driver's License, second form of ID, car and auto insurance are requisites for employment at Associated Home Care.
