    Job Description

    The OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGER directs, administers, supervises, and evaluates site occupational health department with professional expertise and administrative leadership. Responsible for overseeing a team of healthcare professionals and for direct care of employees according to medical directives, policies/procedures and physicians standing orders.

    SUMMARY:

    • Full Time RN or LPN Leadership position
    • Located in Tri-Cites (Nebraska) area
    • Occupational Health / Clinic Setting
    • Responsibilities include maintaining an efficient occupational health care process appropriate to the needs of the facility with respect to the size and nature of work activities
    • Manage Occupational Health staff and ensures standardized application of policy and quality of nursing care, and ensures adherence to health management protocols, medical directives, policies and procedures and physicians standing orders
    • Ensures that appropriate documentation of care provided meets legal requirements and provides continuity of care

    • Base Salary of $75,000 - $90,000/yr (based on experience)

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must have current Nebraska Nursing License
    • Associate's Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Five or more years of RN or LPN experience required
    • Three or more year of Leadership experience preferred
    • Previous Occupational Health Nursing experience preferred
