Associates and Bruce L Scheiner, Attorneys for the Injured, is currently seeking a full-time Client Services Coordinator for our Client Coordination department. This position is located at our main office in Fort Myers, FL.

We are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail and the ability to to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A qualified candidate will exhibit strong communication skills (both verbal and written), good organizational and time management skills and the ability to maintain confidential information.

The Client Service role is responsible for speaking with potential clients, compiling data and informational reports, submitting information to Attorneys for review, and conducting new client sign ups.

Candidates must be dependable, professional, friendly, and be available to work Monday through Friday, standard business hours with on-call hours (evenings, Holidays and weekends) and occasional over time as needed. This position does require a valid FL Driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of Hire) with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
