We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Association Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, thrives on multitasking, is skilled in clear communication, is detail oriented, and prides themselves in keeping projects running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting the coordination of Property Owner Association activities, ensuring deadlines are met, documentation is accurate, and all are well-informed.
** Key Responsibilities:**
- Monthly newsletter and updating community website accordingly.
- Draft requests for proposals, work with vendors, and coordinate projects while maintaining deadlines.
- Coordinate activities, project timelines, and deliverables across multiple Committees and Board.
- Draft correspondence, meeting agendas, reports, and minutes as requested with accuracy.
- Track progress on action items and follow up with relevant team members.
- Familiarize self with governing documents and assist in ensuring compliance.
- Prepare written summaries, updates, presentations, and meeting notes with a high level of clarity and professionalism.
- Support Committees and Board as needed.
** Qualifications:**
- Possess strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while remaining flexible for last-minute changes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.) Experience with Teams and Zoom a plus.
- Must be reliable, team player. All work is done in office during work hours. One evening meeting per month.
- Experience in administrative coordination, project support, or a similar role preferred.
- Work experience within community management or city government a plus.
