About the Role:

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll balance core accounting with higher-level financial analysis. The position centers on reviewing physician and departmental results, evaluating margins, and supporting key processes like audits, budgets, and quarterly reporting, while also contributing to special projects that drive better financial insight across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and report on department P&Ls and related performance metrics.

• Support the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly A/R assessments.

Details:

• $110K–$145K base salary + bonus.

• On-site in Lakeland, FL for the first 90 days, then hybrid (2–3 days in-office weekly).
