Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and document business, functional, and user requirements and processes relevant to Salesforce application
• Assist in developing functional requirements documentation in the form of Epics, user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
• Support QA and UAT testing
• Communicate processes and requirements to the project team
• Work with the technical development team, quality assurance teams, third party Integration vendors to validate requirements, write test cases and perform QA, support integration and user acceptance testing
• Develop reports and dashboards to help the business understand key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting, identifying significant changes and trends
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 0 to 1 years experience as a SFDC administrator/business analyst.
• Knowledge of reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or Domo.
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral/verbal and written communication skills to clearly present key issues and recommend actions.
