Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather and document business, functional, and user requirements and processes relevant to Salesforce application
- Assist in developing functional requirements documentation in the form of Epics, user stories, process flows, and user acceptance criteria.
- Support QA and UAT testing
- Communicate processes and requirements to the project team
- Work with the technical development team, quality assurance teams, third party Integration vendors to validate requirements, write test cases and perform QA, support integration and user acceptance testing
- Develop reports and dashboards to help the business understand key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support weekly and monthly reporting and forecasting, identifying significant changes and trends
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing strategic and tactical business initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or equivalent in a quantitative field.
- 0 to 1 years experience as a SFDC administrator/business analyst.
- Knowledge of reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or Domo.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong oral/verbal and written communication skills to clearly present key issues and recommend actions.
