• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years relevant work experience

• Business analysis and documentation skills

• Good analytical and critical thinking. Attention to detail

• Self-motivated and intellectually curious

• Ability and willing to learn different tools/applications/systems and new technology

• Software engineering experience required

• Demonstrate ability to develop test cases thoroughly and thorough testing skills

• Knows the latest best-of-breed technologies

• Demonstrate proficient understanding in multiple technologies/ applications

• SQL experience is a plus

• Excellent Excel skill is a plus

• Agile experience

• ServiceNow custom application experience is a big plus

• Knowledge of Account/Portfolio Data is a plus
