    Job Description

    FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

    We are a mid-sized Luxury Goods Manufacturing company in Englewood, NJ seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to start immediately. You will be responsible for managing the company’s accounting and finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, budgets, payroll, cash management, banking, tax compliance, reporting, and benefits administration among other responsibilities. You will work closely with Company’s accounting services firm and you will have 1-2 direct reports.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to manage 1-2 direct reports.
    • 10+ years of experience in all aspects of business accounting.
    • Superior analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Experience with QuickBooks and other electronic accounting systems.
    • Mastery of Word, Excel, Outlook.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
