Job Description

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will manage and direct relationships with your customer base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the company as the main point of contact for information to sales and assigned customers
• Enter and maintain requires data in the company's CRM database
• Prepare customer reports/research projects as requested
• Provide general account support backup as needed 
• Schedule and drive meetings and reports to keep sales team members and/or customers apprised of current activities

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years in account management / manufacturing customer service 
• Manufacturing experience (Asset protection, cameras, technical, etc.)
• Experience with an ERP system. An idea about how to utilize Microsoft Dynamix and Nuvision
• Excel, Microsoft teams, and Outlook
• Detail oriented
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
