Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will manage and direct relationships with your customer base.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent the company as the main point of contact for information to sales and assigned customers
- Enter and maintain requires data in the company's CRM database
- Prepare customer reports/research projects as requested
- Provide general account support backup as needed
- Schedule and drive meetings and reports to keep sales team members and/or customers apprised of current activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years in account management / manufacturing customer service
- Manufacturing experience (Asset protection, cameras, technical, etc.)
- Experience with an ERP system. An idea about how to utilize Microsoft Dynamix and Nuvision
- Excel, Microsoft teams, and Outlook
- Detail oriented
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
