    Job Description

    We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for tracking and progressing all projects, maintaining a regular cadence of meetings and reviews, implementing new processes, and ensuring on-time delivery of new products. This person will provide strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and excellence in planning and process.

    SALARY RANGE: $46000 - $56000 per year.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Review pertinent correspondence, communications and other background materials on a daily basis to remain current on project and operation details
    • Draft routine correspondence, meeting minutes, management reports for the department staff
    • Monitor the schedules for each assigned contract and submit monthly reports to customers
    • Communicate customer needs within the organization
    • Record customer feedback as a quality measurement
    • Develops schedules and manages orderly flow of creative projects from initial scoping and development to delivery and production of final assets
    • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members ranging from junior to Executive level
