    Client Partner

    Position Overview: Astral Insights is seeking a Client Partner to source, close, and spearhead client engagements in the AI and analytics space, specifically targeting the manufacturing and transportation & logistics sectors. This role demands a strategic thinker who can blend technical understanding with exceptional relationship management skills to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor in AI and analytics solutions.
    • Understand clients' business needs and challenges and align our AI and analytics offerings to their strategic objectives.
    • Coordinate with leadership and technical teams to coordinate solution delivery.
    • Identify and execute account expansion opportunities within existing client accounts.
    • Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
    • Provide insightful feedback from clients to internal teams, shaping future product development and service offerings.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to client executive teams, providing actionable insights and industry trends
    • Hold quarterly review sessions with clients, attend conferences and trade shows, and host roundtable discussions and other business development events

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.

    • 7+ years of experience in technology consulting or enterprise sales in the AI, analytics, BI, or data fields.

    • Experience working in / selling into the manufacturing and transportation & logistics industries is a plus.

    • Proven track record of managing and growing long-term client relationships.

    • Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of AI and analytics applications in the targeted sectors.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and manage relationships.
