Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated full-stack developer to join our expanding team. The primary focus of this role will be on developing robust, scalable, and maintainable generative AI, analytics, and business intelligence (BI) applications for our B2B clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the architecture, development, and deployment of these critical systems, working closely with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Development and Design

• Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack applications that deliver high-impact generative AI and analytics solutions.
• Develop user interfaces that are intuitive and provide exceptional user experience.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement machine learning models into applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate applications with cloud-based data infrastructure built on Azure and AWS.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements, feedback, and insights for development.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
• Thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive projects and be able to juggle multiple development projects at once.

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Write well-documented, efficient code that adheres to modern industry standards.
• Develop and execute unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation, including but not limited to, software requirements, API documentation, and end-user manuals and support videos.

Maintenance and Support

• Provide ongoing support for deployed applications, including debugging, upgrades, and patches.
• Monitor application performance and make improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to ensure optimal application performance over time.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience, preferably within AI and analytics applications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with both Azure and AWS cloud computing platforms
• Minimum 6 months exposure to generative AI / LLM technology and applications
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript with experience using React, Angular, .NET, and Node.js
• Experience with relational databases tools like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cosmos DB.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft DevOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and apply new concepts rapidly
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
