WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS:
This Web Developer IV is responsible for leading and developing innovative visual content for a wide array of brands. Someone in the role must have a deep understanding of design principles including composition, visual hierarchy, color and typography.
SCOPE:
Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their speciality
Works on problems of a diverse scope
Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignments
YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and mentor a team
Build advanced and creative website layouts, landing pages, skins and UI elements
Work closely with sales & marketing teams for creative direction relating to promotional materials including infographics, logos, ads and other digital media
Illustrate concept through sketches or wireframing, and present for approval
Work with various graphic formats for print and web
Create a culture of collaboration, lead by example and maintain a positive work environment
Stay current with design techniques and best practices, as well as emerging and popular marketing technologies
Deliver projects on time

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel
Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to interact with multiple levels within a company
Solid portfolio of design projects in several mediums
Strong understanding of laying out designs in HTML and CSS
Experience with various design frameworks
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge of modern design applications
Ability to adapt to current and emerging web technologies
Experience with web, mobile, and/or print design
Exceptional attention to detail

Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
Must be able to use a computer
Must have the ability to communicate effectively
