    Job Description

    WHAT THIS JOB ENTAILS: 

    We are seeking a creative digital learning developer. This person will be responsible for working closely with the design team to transform storyboards and scripts into interactive and engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team and provide input on new and creative ways to visually represent complex information. This person will have strong project management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects and timelines.

     

    YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Closely partner with Talent Development team members to maintain and develop new learning opportunities for our workforce. 

    • Leverage authoring tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Rise360, etc..) to develop highly engaging eLearning content. 

    • Produce engaging and interactive learning videos with voiceover, animation, screen recording sessions, and live action footage.

    • Work independently and lead projects as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment.

    • Develop all learning content and materials within Astreya’s brand guidelines. 

    • Collaborate and conduct SME interviews to understand processes and to develop or improve existing materials.

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

    • Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

    • Builds productive internal and external working relationships

    • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

    • Ability to create compelling visual designs for learning, taking into consideration end user experience.

    • Strong understanding of SCORM standards when packaging E-learning files and ability to troubleshoot LMS integration issues.

    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects and timelines. 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Able to provide a copy of your portfolio

     

    ESSENTIAL SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE:

    • Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Peek, etc…)

    • Adobe Captivate

    • Camtasia 

    • Adobe Photoshop

    • Audio Editing Software of choice (Adobe Audition, Audacity, etc…)

    • Google Suite

    • Vyond

    PREFERRED SOFTWARE: 

    • LMS Experience (My Learning Hub)

    • Adobe Premiere Pro

    • Adobe After Effects

    • Adobe Illustrator

    • Walk Me

    • HTML, CSS, Javascript

    PHYSICAL DEMAND & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    • Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing

    • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment

    • Must be able to use a computer

    • Must have the ability to communicate effectively 

    • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
