Reese Enterprises, manufacturer of door hardware, is looking to add a Customer Service position to its growing team. This position will be responsible for performing all phases of customer service, coordinating the customer’s needs with production.
HOURS: Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
PAY RATE: $18-$22 / hour, depending on qualifications
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Answer general phone line; enter, schedule, proof, and acknowledge customer orders; answer customer questions pertaining to technical information, drawings, and order status / shipping dates; calculate quotes from specifications and sketches; create CAD drawings as necessary; help resolve customer issues; filing and other clerical duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong interpersonal communication skills; basic computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ability to learn ERP manufacturing database; ability to use basic math; multi-task and effectively manage time.
EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school or equivalent
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 1 to 2 years administrative experience, preferably in manufacturing setting
