    We are seeking a dynamic and motivated DEPLOYMENT MANAGER for Sapphire Sapphire Structure with Integrated Design.  This individual will work with the Product Management Team to help guide the development of the product.  They will also work with Sales to identify customers who would be good candidates to deploy the software. They will also work with Technical Support to provide training and deployment assistance.  In addition the Deployment Manager acts as a liaison to the customer to provide software support and training, consultation to improve customer productivity and overall business operations using the MiTek software.  Assistance shall include installation, system configuration, network interaction, feature usage, enhancement needs and system behavior.

    Required Skills

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Travel nationally to customer sites to provide software training and provide support of complex Structural Engineering, CAD, and Business Management applications within the MiTek Software Suite. Researches unsolved open software issues and provides solutions to customers.
    • Researches unsolved open software issues and provides solutions to customers.
    • Research and resolve customer support lists submitted by customers
    • Collaborate with Product Management and Software Development to ensure proper correction of defects and implementation of enhancements into the software.
    • Collaborate directly with Technical Documentation Group to ensure features are clear and completely documented.
    • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken, or installation activities with use of CRM and TFS.
    • Submit Technical Visit reports providing a summary of the items covered during each customer visit.
    • Assist with development of training materials and procedures
    • Confer with staff, users, and management to examine more critical issues with the MiTek software.

     

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

    • Associate's Degree (two year college or technical school)
    • Four to ten years related experience
    • Familiar with MiTek SAPPHIRE software suite, and AutoCAD.  Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and various networking environments. Knowledge of Terminal Server/Citrix environments, SQL and FoxPro databases along with query and report writing.
    • Experience with Sapphire Structure with Integrated Design Required.

     

    OFFICE HOURS AND TRAVEL:

    Full-Time, 60% Travel, Monday - Friday
