BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and make recommendations regarding service desk transformation with a focus on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards and service management best practices such as Incident Management, Service Operations, and Asset Management
- Assist in designing, documenting, and improving service desk and end-user support processes.
- Assist in the development of training plan(s) for improving service desk and end-user support process management
REQUIRED/DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience analyzing business processes REQUIRED 8 YEARS
- Ability to develop the current state, future state process, and workflow diagrams using Visio REQUIRED 5 YEARS
- Demonstrated knowledge of ITIL REQUIRED 5 YEARS
- Excellent business judgment and a practical, common-sense approach applied to the completion of assigned tasks REQUIRED 5 YEARS
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple/competing priorities simultaneously when needed REQUIRED 5 YEARS
