    HR Coordinator Position Overview:

    This is a new and important position in the company. The HR Coordinators responsibilities include implementing our proven process for recruiting, qualifying, interviewing, hiring, and nurturing our personnel. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, thorough, and can work independently with a high degree of ownership in your results. You will have the ability to match people with an opportunity, then nurture them to grow in their roles. Ultimately, you will be vital to help our company continue to grow and thrive.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Recruiting, Interviewing & qualifying candidates.
    • Onboarding new employees.
    • Managing Employee Performance Scorecards.
    • Managing Benefits – Insurance, PTO, etc.
    • Assisting with payroll.
    • Performing general administration duties.
    • Developing & managing our video training.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR or similar capacity. 
    • Bachelor’s degree.

    COMPENSATION:

    55K – 60K to start depending on experience. Health insurance (50% contribution), vacation, paid holidays.
