Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and empathetic In-Home Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and have experience in providing assistance to individuals who require support with daily activities. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and comfortable environment for our clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Administer medication reminders.

Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.

Plan and prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary restrictions.

Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.

Escort clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.

Document and communicate any changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor.

Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a hospital or nursing home facility.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to different personalities and situations.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to lift and maneuver.
