We pride ourselves on our personalized approach and commitment to fostering lasting professional relationships. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of AtWork Personnel, representing our company to employers across the Cincinnati region and generating sales leads. Your primary goal will be to promote our services and build strong relationships with potential clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to identify potential clients.
- Visit client sites to obtain contact info and make follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts.
- Promote our staffing services and explain the benefits of partnering with AtWork Personnel.
- Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Perform weekly marketing campaigns and garner weekly appointments.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of AtWork Personnel in the community.
- Organize weekly sales efforts utilizing the CRM system, including all contacts, activities, appointments, and opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the team to improve our services and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to building relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to attend events outside of regular business hours.
- Familiarity with the local job market and business community is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
