Facilities Maintenance | First Shift | Lebanon & Walnut Hills

We are looking for two Maintenance Techs: one in Lebanon and one in Walnut Hills area. This position requires candidates to have their own reliable transportation including a valid driver license and auto insurance. You will be reimbursed for mileage on your vehicle. Candidates will also need their own set of tools for this position. Must have a clean drug test to be considered. Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensures the overall maintenance of multiple Agency facilities; work is completed timely and with quality
• Performs primarily interior and exterior building maintenance and repair works such as basic plumbing and electrical, carpentry, painting, wall repair and replacing doors/parts
• Picks up supplies and equipment for facilities
• Works with external vendors and contractors as needed
• Monitors work to ensure compliance with specifications
• Moves furniture and equipment as necessary
• Maintains accurate documentation of work orders through agency system

Qualifications :

• High School Graduate or High School Equivalency
• 1-3 years of experience in related field
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and plans
• Ability to plan material and supply needs
• Knowledge of building maintenance techniques and tools involved in the upkeep of buildings, fixtures and structures
• Skills in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and preventive/general maintenance

Schedule :

Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay:

$18-19/hr, based on experience. Open to higher payrates if candidate has any plumbing, HVAC, construction, etc. certifications.
