TERRITORY: Greater Detroit Metro and Grand Rapids

JOB SUMMARY: THIS POSITION IS FOR THE MOST INNOVATIVE, PERSISTENT, OPTIMISTIC AND FEARLESS INDIVIDUALS WITH THE ABILITY TO NETWORK AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS TO ACQUIRE NEW BUSINESS FOR A MEDIUM SIZED STAFFING FIRM.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WRITE AND CARRY OUT SALES CAMPAIGNS THAT CONSIST OF IN PERSON, OVER THE PHONE, ONLINE MARKETING AND OTHER CREATIVE WAYS OF CAPTURING THE ATTENTION OF NEW POTENTIAL CLIENTS IN THE INDUSTRY OF INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING.

AMBASSADORS WILL BE THE FIRST POINT OF CONTACT FOR ALL NEW BUSINESS FOR THE FIRST 60 DAYS AND WILL FIRST HAND ASSIST THE RECRUITING TEAM IN SERVICING ALL NEW CLIENTS.

• GREAT ABILITY TO PIVOT AND CONTROL COLD CALL CONVERSATIONS WHETHER OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON
