Manufacturing company in the city of Chino, CA is seeking an Account Customer Service Representative. Great hours, starting pay, and great benefits!

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Location: Chino, CA (one location)

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Perform order entry and invoicing. Notify customers of potential backorders, credit issues, order availability and any other information regarding orders. Act as a liaison between sales center and plant departments, gather the necessary information and respond appropriately. Process all necessary paperwork for the daily operation of the sales center. Monitor completion of daily customer LTL shipments. May need to assist the GM and AGM with inventory controls including but not limited to cycle counts, daily review inventory levels, scrap processing and loss prevention. Provide technical assistance for dealers.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years Customer Service experience. Detail oriented and have the ability to find solutions to problems Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of PC’s and related software including MS Word, Excel, Access. Willingness to learn product and processes.
