Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring our products meet and exceed expectations, and spearheading clinical trials and pilot deployments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Enabling, building and nurturing long-term relationships with physicians, hospitals, payers, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring product development aligns with business strategy and addresses the needs of clinical, industry and academic partners.
- Planning and managing clinical trials and data partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including R&D, engineering and regulatory affairs to make sure that product development is on schedule.
- Designing content and resources to educate providers, payers and other stakeholders aboutf our products.
- Representing Ataraxis at conferences, workshops, and other events; traveling to partner sites and industry events (anticipated travel <20%).
Qualifications:
- Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical affairs, hospital administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships in the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Experience: Oncology; Diagnostics; Software as a medical device; Startups.

Location : NYC only. We are open to hybrid WFH.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $150,000. Our ranges are broad and depend on the applicant's skill set, level of experience, qualifications, and market considerations.
