We are building cutting-edge diagnostic tools to assist physicians in selecting the most optimal treatments for their patients. Our company was spun out of a leading research institution in 2023. We are a team of AI researchers, medical doctors and operators advised by pioneers in their respective fields, including a Turing Award winner (equivalent to a Nobel Prize in computer science), a leading scientist in cancer therapeutics, and oncologists at top cancer institutions. We are looking to bring on a highly skilled and motivated Chief of Staff to be a key player in our initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading and assisting in ad-hoc tasks and projects requiring additional resources across all business areas.
    • Participating in and maintaining conversations with our partners, including providers, health systems, researchers, biopharma companies, and other stakeholders.
    • Handling the contracting process, drafting and finalizing agreements, applications, and other documents.
    • Assisting with daily financial operations, including review and approval of expense reports, basic bookkeeping, preparing financial report summaries for internal purposes.
    • Preparing internal and external slide decks, communications, and other written materials.
    • Owning the OKRs and annual objectives for all company divisions.
    • Maintaining internal documentation, databases, and CRM systems.

    Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Masters degree in a relevant field.
    • Exceptional track record in performing difficult tasks, performing repetitive tasks, self-learning skills.
    • Intense work ethic, self-motivation, and a track record of initiative.
    • Demonstrated experience of working in a highly technical environment.
    • Exceptional written communication skills.

    Optional:

    • Knowledge/experience in oncology, pathology or molecular diagnostics.
    • MBA, PhD, MD, or other advanced relevant advanced degree.

    Location : NYC based (office in Midtown Manhattan).

    The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $115,000. Final compensation will include a meaningful equity component, and total compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
