We are looking to bring on a highly skilled and motivated Partnerships Associate to be a key player in our initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with physicians, hospitals, payers, patients, life science and pharma companies, and other stakeholders.
- Reaching out to potential new collaborators and business partners.
- Maintaining ongoing conversations and closing the deals on research, clinical, and data partnerships.
- Developing our product strategy, which includes identifying future clinical indications and exploring partnership opportunities.
- Creating content and resources to educate providers, payers and other stakeholders about our products.
- Representing Ataraxis at conferences, workshops, and other events; traveling to partner sites and industry events.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Public Health, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or another related field.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships, especially in the healthcare and biopharma industries.
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to speak and write in a technical and medical manner.
- Intense work ethic, self-motivation, and a track record of initiative.
- Proof of work of creating promotional materials, including slide decks.
Optional:
- Knowledge/experience in oncology, pathology or molecular diagnostics.
- Demonstrated data science experience, ideally with handling medical data.
- CRM software expertise.

Location : NYC based (office in Midtown Manhattan).
The base salary range for this position is $60,925 to $95,641. Final compensation will include a meaningful equity component. Final total compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
