Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global partnership strategy, identifying and security high-value collaborations across healthcare sectors.
- Start and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, payers and patients.
- Strategize and oversee comprehensive data partnerships with academic and industry organizations.
- Directly collaborate with the CEO, providing strategic insights to align partnership initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Spearhead initiatives to expand Ataraxis presence in new markets.
- Craft and refine internal playbooks and SOPs for effective outreach, engagement and partnership management.
- Oversee internal documentation, databases, and CRM systems.
- Act as a liaison between Ataraxis and external stakeholders.
- Act as the face of Ataraxis at key industry events, and lead negotiations and collaborations during site visits to partners. Anticipated travel <20%.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Intense work ethic, self-motivation and a track record of initiative.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and growing strategic relationships in the healthcare sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite of products, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), ChatGPT.
Optional but preferred:
- Knowledge/experience in oncology and molecular diagnostics.

The base salary range for this position is $94,000 to $134,000.
