Responsibilities:
- Enabling, building, and nurturing long-term relationships with physicians, hospitals, payers, patients, and other stakeholders.
- Planning and managing data partnerships with academic and industry partners.
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other members of our team to make sure that the partnership progress is aligned with our business goals.
- Designing content and resources to educate providers, payers, and other stakeholders about our company and products.
- Ensuring product development aligns with business strategy and addresses the needs of clinical, industry and academic partners.
- Develop internal playbooks and SOPs for outreach, engagement, and partnership strategies.
- Maintain our internal documentation, databases and CRM.
- Representing Ataraxis at conferences and other events; traveling to partner sites to promote the company, establish partnerships, and negotiate collaboration terms. Anticipated travel <20%.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Intense work ethic, self-motivation and desire to take initiative.
- Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships in the healthcare industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Suite of products, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), ChatGPT.
Optional but preferred:
- Knowledge/experience in oncology and molecular diagnostics.

The base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $126,000.
