Celtech is looking for a Drafter to add to the Team. Celtech is located in Carlsbad, New Mexico. We are an Aerospace Manufacturing company.

SUMMARY

Prepare clear and finalize accurate working plans and detail drawings from rough or detailed models, sketches, or notes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES 

Required to use and understand Computed Assisted Drawing (CAD) and Global Shop (GS) software

Make final sketch of proposed drawing, checking dimension of parts, materials to be used, relation of one part to another, and relation of various parts to whole structure or project.

Utilize knowledge of various machines, engineering practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings for review

Make redline adjustments or changes on drawings as required for review by engineering team.

Finalize Bills of Material (BOMs) to include accurate count, placement, and alternative part requisition.

Be able to independently organize and manage drafting workload to meet customer timelines.

Ensure activities are conducted in accordance with International Standard Organization (ISO) policies and correct and report any deviations to appropriate area manager/supervisor.
