    Reporting to: Program Manager and Portfolio Company

    Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

    Status: Temporary, non-exempt, up to 40 hours per week

    As the Atentern, Business Development, you will:

    • Collaborate with the portfolio company team to identify and pursue growth opportunities.

    • Conduct research on industries, companies, and market trends to support business decision-making.

    • Assist in fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, presentations, and other materials.

    • Analyze and crunch data to generate insights and recommendations for business development strategies.

    • Support outreach efforts to potential clients, investors, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners.

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing calendars and logistics.

    • Utilize your proven sales experience to drive business growth and contribute to revenue generation.

    • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects assigned to contribute to the team's overall success.

    Compensation:

    • $15/hr for high school graduates

    • $18/hr for those currently enrolled in an undergraduate program

    • $22/hr for young professionals with BA or equivalent

    • $27/hr for those currently enrolled in a Master's program

    • $31/hr for those currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program

    Our Ideal Atentern:

    • Holds a bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a related discipline (Finance, Business Administration, etc.).

    • Has proven sales experience in a relevant field.

    • Is a positive team player with insatiable curiosity, fiercely collaborative, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Can manage and maintain confidential information.

    • Is tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools, proficient with Microsoft Office and G Suite.

    • Has a 24/7 mentality, demonstrating strong time-management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and tasks efficiently.

    • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, adapting quickly as priorities shift.

    • Possesses high growth potential and a constant willingness to learn.

    • Has reliable transportation.
