Whether you are on the Investments, Economic Development, or Recruitment team, your manager depends on you to take initiative on special projects and critical tasks. THE NUTS AND BOLTS:

WHAT YOU COULD BE DOING ON THE…

• INVESTMENTS TEAM:
  • Lead calls with founders and fund managers to drive investment deal flow
  • Conduct market research to inform the investment team's decision-making process
  • Write one-pagers, deep dives, and investment memos
• ENTREPRENEURIAL TEAM:
  • Create resources for internal and external use that explore our impact on and fit in the Tulsa tech ecosystem
  • Lead projects pertaining to company operations and strategy as well as digital, including writing investment blogs and creating market map
• RECRUITMENT TEAM
  • Drive talent and job creation by facilitating the interaction between talent and talent-seekers to further Tulsa's economic development

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• MBA student or recent MBA graduate
• Passion for our      mission of investing for diverse and inclusive job creation
• A team player with insatiable curiosity, fiercely collaborative, and comfortable working in ambiguity
• Experience using a CRM (bonus if it's Affinity)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite (Slack, Airtable, and Canva are a plus)
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Able to juggle multiple projects and tasks with efficiency and a good attitude
• Possess high growth potential with a willingness to learn and grow
