National Accounts Sales Specialist
RevitaLash Cosmetics, the market share leader in lash, brow and hair focused cosmetics is seeking a Sales Specialist to join out National Accounts Team to grow sales of our multi-chain Spa focused accounts across the United States.
Goal driven mindset to exceed sales goals within national accounts franchise locations each month, quarter, and year.
Based on customer trends and promotional opportunities make product recommendations to customers.
Ability to conduct Webinar Virtual trainings with Customers to review product ingredients, usage and application techniques when needed.
Heavy prospecting and cold calling new business opportunities. Ability to seek and find leads via Internet Searches, Client Referrals and Social Media platforms.
Heavy phone calls, emails, and texting to new/existing franchisees.
Ability to recognize upselling opportunities while on the phone with existing customers
Consistently introducing and presenting new products and promotions to new and existing client base to grow the brand.
Collaborate and partner with National Accounts Sales Manager to strategize and support growth.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits.
Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
Attend periodic sales training where applicable.
· Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the beauty industry, selling remotely or in person.
· Experience and knowledge of selling into Spas Salons. Experience with Franchisee a plus
· Position is full time, hourly with commission opportunity, located in our Corporate Headquarters in Ventura, California
· Reports into Sales Manager, Domestic Sales
