National Accounts Product Trainer

RevitaLash Cosmetics, the market share leader in lash, brow and hair focused cosmetics is seeking a Product Trainer to join out National Accounts Team. The National Accounts Trainer will identify and execute the training event needs of all National Account Customers, and plan and implement training programs to drive sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct both in person and virtual trainings to review product ingredients, usage and application techniques as defined by the Company.

Partner with National Sales Manager to plan and implement programs that drive sales and distribution efforts.

Gather and analyze information to identify opportunities and drive each account’s educational events and training needs.

Recruit, manage and train part time contractor selling specialists in identified major markets to support the growth of key national accounts.

Build strong relationships with national accounts that helps to enable growth and goal achievement.

Plan, attend, set up and sell through educational events and client events.

Sell RevitaLash Cosmetics thru educating and product application and demonstration at trainings and events.

Create, manage and insure success of in field incentive programs to drive sales.

Job Requirements:

· No less than 3 years’ experience within the beauty industry

· Current Cosmetology or Estheticians License

· Experience with, and knowledge of, cosmetic ingredients and ingredient stories

· Excellent presentation and demonstration skills

· Ability to motivate to help achieve sales quotas

· Available to travel and visit locations as needed

· Applied experience in retail and spa environments

Additional Details:

· Position is full time, salaried with commission opportunity. Field based with desired location in Central or East Coast US

· Reports to Sr. Director, Domestic Sales
