Our MENLO PARK location is in need of a CHARGE NURSE, RN, OR LVN, for reliable, full-time shifts in a residential setting. In addition to skilled nursing we provide in and out-patient physical, speech, and occupational therapy, while offering personal care plans for each resident based on their unique needs. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Render care for our patient community
• Coordinate daily assigned duties of the unit
• Communicate with patients and family members regarding care and concerns
• Ensure all safety and infection control practices are followed
• Report to Nursing Director all situations which require administrative intervention, including incident reports

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

• Valid California RN or California LVN license and in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Recent graduates welcome to apply
• Proficient in medical record documentation
• Ability to treat patients with dignity and empathy in challenging situations
• Strong desire to be part of a team dedicated to providing patients with exceptional therapeutic care
