Athletes First is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Travel and Reservations Coordinator to add to our Client Relations Department.
Responsibilities:
Support Client Relations Department with client travel requests and bookings, including, but not limited to airfare, car services, rental cars and accommodations
Confirm all information before booking to ensure accuracy (including the spelling of each traveler's names and the dates/times of travel)
Organize confirmed travel and send finalized itineraries prior to departure
Serve as liaison between staff and outside travel agencies/concierge groups as necessary
Manage system for travel credits/reimbursements
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, major rental property groups, car service providers, restaurants, etc.
Book and manage reservation requests for restaurants, clubs, golf, etc.
Provide support for any trip-related issues
Maintain and update rolodex of industry contacts
Multi-task to ensure that every matter is addressed timely and appropriately, always meeting deadlines, and taking the initiative to learn, practice and expand skills, all while attaining the client's objectives
Proactively offer best options based on individual needs and requirements
Demonstrate patience, empathy, understanding in all client interactions
Work and adapt in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment
