Athletes Unlimited is seeking a Dallas-based Media Asset Coordinator to support its Content Team with asset logging and footage archiving during its 2021 volleyball season. Responsibilities include the following:
- Organizing, archiving and logging all footage shot, including broadcast
- Archiving and backing up SD card footage during live games and non-game shoots
- Pull broadcast melts and full broadcasts from broadcast truck during live games
- Quickly upload broadcast content in-game and post-game to file management system
- Maintain a log of all footage captured with an emphasis on key words for content, characters, and themes
REQUIREMENTS
Time Commitment and Logistics:
- Full-time for 7 weeks including weekends beginning on or around February 8th, 2021
- Ability to stay on-site and within the Athletes Unlimited quarantine bubble for 7 weeks
- Committed to upholding Athletes Unlimiteds COVID-19 policies on-site and leading up to the season
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years media management with a sports team or league (could be a university team)
- Ability to edit in Premiere
- Experience logging and working with broadcast content
- Superior organization and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision
- High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance
- Must have a positive approach and team building spirit
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
