THE ROLE:
We are looking for a driven and highly motivated SUPPLY PLANNER to manage the inventory supply across all Athletic Greens global fulfillment centers. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of the supply plan to ensure healthy inventory levels are maintained throughout the network. Additionally, you will execute enhancements to processes and systems to support the overall supply chain functions.
This position will ensure that the Athletic Greens inventory maintain healthy days of supply based on the business targets. You will also be responsible for production PO management, WIP reporting with key factories, and inventory control to ensure that all global regions and key partners have the required inventory to meet our aggressive fast-paced global growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Daily Inventory management including updating available inventory, inbound receipts and transfer orders.
- Create and maintain a supply plan to meet appropriate inventory levels by item
- Vendor relationship management to ensure quality, timely receipts
- Place purchase orders and maintain clear communication through production and delivery
- Generate weekly WIP updates and production statuses
- Partner with finance for monthly COGs analysis
- Manage all SKU and Barcode creation and updates for all finished goods, raw materials and components in NetSuite and communicate updates and changes to fulfillment partners.
- Maintain batch records across all SKUs for safety and quality tracking purposes including lot number, quantity, shipping location and timing, COAs and testing logs
- Work with the Director of Procurement to efficiently source and purchase raw material requirements and ensure input requirements are accurate based on finished good demand.
- Provide regular updates to the Supply Chain team on total inventory status including days of supply in network and any items at risk of low inventory in the next 90 days
- Ensure replenishment items are received regularly to maintain healthy days of supply throughout network
- Track receipts and transfer orders in NetSuite
- Assist in import/export questions to expedite customs processing time
- Drive inventory accuracy and reconciliation
- Aid in continuous improvement processes and reporting
- Support overall Supply Chain KPIs
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 3+ years of experience, (NetSuite User/Background a Plus)
- Experience supply planning for multiple fulfillment centers (International logistics knowledge a Plus)
- Finish Goods and Raw Material planning knowledge

- Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability.
- You are knowledgeable in all things MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
- You have a no-compromises approach to the quality of your work and are a team player.
- Experience with consumer products in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer and/or CPG highly preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics highly preferred.
