We’re Hiring – Join the Way to Go Team! Way to Go is looking for caring, responsible, and energetic team members to join our After School Program at Bullis Charter School. These positions are ideal for college students studying Child Development, Education, Physical Education, or related careers who are looking for a meaningful part-time job after classes.

The Athletic Instructor's role is to lead sports, games, and movement activities that promote teamwork, confidence, and active fun for elementary students.

Locations (Bullis Charter School): • Bullis Charter School South: 1124 Covington Rd #5005, Los Altos, CA 94024 • Bullis Charter School North: 102 W Portola Ave #1210, Los Altos, CA 94022

Schedule: • After School (Part-Time): Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM • Summer Camp (Full-Time): June 8 – July 31 • Opportunity to continue for the following school year

Pay: $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities: • Supervise and engage groups of up to 15 children • Lead activities, games, and structured routines • Support a safe, fun, and positive learning environment • Help with transitions, snack time, and outdoor play

Requirements: • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) • Experience working with children • College students in Child Development, Education, Physical Education, or related fields strongly encouraged to apply • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) • Background check required (cost covered by us) • Ability to lead and manage a group of 15 students
