This role requires a coach who can step in on day one and confidently work with any athlete—whether it’s a beginner youth athlete, a high school competitor, an adult getting back in shape, or an elite performer. You must love being on the turf, coaching with purpose, and helping athletes of all ages achieve their goals.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
MUST: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification
CPR/AED/First Aid certified
2+ years of strength & conditioning or group training experience
Athletic background
Strong knowledge of strength & conditioning principles
Experience coaching groups and/or personal training
Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients
Positive, high-energy, “can-do” attitude
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
Local connections with schools, teams, or community organizations

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality group, team, and personal training sessions
Create a positive, motivating environment for all athletes
Ensure proper form, technique, and safety
Modify workouts to meet individual needs
Build strong relationships with members to drive retention
Provide guidance on training, performance, and basic nutrition
Start and finish sessions on time
Support community outreach and marketing events
