    Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success? Are you adept at handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a skilled Legal Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Legal Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the initial client intake process, quickly understanding the needs of prospective clients, endearing yourself to them & quickly illustrating the value of scheduling a Paid consultation as their first step to retaining Atlanta Family Law Group to represent them in their legal matter while ensuring that all necessary information is gathered accurately and efficiently. The best part is, there is absolutely No Prospecting or Cold Calling!!! Compensation: • $65,000 Total Target Compensation (which includes a generous base salary and commission) a great salesperson will make even more!!! Responsibilities: • Handle initial client interviews via telephone to obtain pertinent information regarding case details and relevant documentation • Assess the nature of each case and assign the appropriate resources • Emphasize the need for immediate action when addressing legal issues • Answer questions related to legal services, protocols, and prices • Gather and compile relevant documents from the client • Maintain accurate records in client databases and case management systems • Work collaboratively with legal professionals and staff to ensure smooth operations • Provide excellent customer service and guarantee customer satisfaction throughout the intake process • Abide by data protection and privacy regulations Qualifications: • At least two years of sales experience with a record of success • Preferably familiar with legal intake or customer service roles • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to pay close attention to detail and accurately store information • Knowledge of legal terminology and practices/being able to learn quickly • Proficient in utilizing case management systems and other relevant software • Capable of dealing with a high amount of customer inquiries and preparing tasks accordingly • Good organizational and time management skills • Capable of remaining professional in high-pressure circumstances • Knowledgeable in data safety and confidentiality regulations • Offering a competitive base salary and commission package Compensation: $65,000 base salary + commission
