    Atlanta Family Law Group, LLC is looking for the perfect Director of First Impressions! NO PHONE CALLS (Your application will automatically be disqualified) As the Director of First Impressions, you’re not just the person who answers the calls, you’re the person who sets the bar for the entire law firm! Potential New Clients hear from you first, and it’s up to you to understand their situation and direct them to the correct person. You assist in creating new cases, filing important documents for existing and new clients, and keeping a positive environment for your colleagues and yourself. The perfect Director of First Impressions is always on top of their tasks and eager to take on the next task. The ideal candidate will be responsible for and will take great pride in managing the client experience throughout their journey with our law firm. Responsibilities: • Opening and closing the office • Ordering and stocking supplies • Screening pesky sales calls • Taking detailed messages for the legal team • Greeting visitors and assisting them with anything they may need • Scheduling consultations and other meetings • Calendar Management • Data Entry for the Intake team • Creating client files • File downloading and organizing • Dropping off packages and sorting mail Qualifications: • At least 2 years of administrative experience (Experience working for a law firm is a plus) • Experience creating Zoom meetings • (2) years of Microsoft Word • Knowledge of Google Suite (i.e. Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Hangouts) • Bachelors' Degree Compensation: $16 hourly
