    Are you a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success? Are you adept at handling client inquiries and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a skilled Legal Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Legal Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the initial client intake process, quickly understanding the needs of prospective clients, endearing yourself to them & quickly illustrating the value of scheduling a Paid consultation as their first step to retaining Atlanta Family Law Group to represent them in their legal matter while ensuring that all necessary information is gathered accurately and efficiently. The best part is, there is absolutely No Prospecting or Cold Calling!!! Compensation: $65,000 (Includes base & commission), PTO, Benefits. We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience plus commission. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client intake interviews via phone • Collect and record client information, including personal details, case details, and relevant documentation • Determine the nature of each case and assign appropriate • Stressing the urgency & importance of dealing with legal issues Now • Answer client questions regarding legal services, procedures, and fees • Gather and organize client documentation • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and case management systems • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the intake process • Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies at all times Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven record of success • Previous experience in a legal intake or client services role is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record information • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes/or the ability to learn quickly • Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant tools • Ability to handle a high volume of client inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality regulations Compensation: $65,000
