Position Summary:

Well-known residential real estate firm is seeking an experienced associate to join our operations team. This individual will be responsible for performing administrative tasks in support of general financial business operations. Real estate experience is appreciated, but the attributes we most desire include a high comfort level with technology, a polished professional demeanor, positive attitude and someone who is capable of handling variety of requests including those with information that may be sensitive in nature.

Salary range:

$50,000 to $55,000 commiserate with experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile reports on notable data points for senior management team
• Execute tasks with precision and reliability related to company-provided services
• Works well as team player who handles task-related and process-based needs
• Supports executive staff in prompt and proactive fashion in accordance with company culture
• Assists manager with operational issues in addition to being able to perform core daily functions in absence of manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum two years of administrative experience
• General understanding of real estate practice and/or property management a plus
• Proficiency with Excel

• Applicant must have the ability to work well, both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment handling high volumes of work while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Possess a strong work ethic, be considered dependable/reliable and have a sharp eye for detail.
• Work in a thoughtful and thorough manner.
• Possess strong computational and analytical skills.
• Other necessary qualities include strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time well, the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, a problem-solving attitude, and the willingness to take initiative and exhibit resourcefulness.

**** This is a full time, 40 hours/week position with hybrid in-office and work-from-home schedule.
