    We are seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to join our fast-paced and growing law firm. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient and effective operations, consistent with the firm’s commitment to providing outstanding legal services with an emphasis on client experience. The right candidate for this position will have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as strong leadership and decision-making ability. The ideal Chief Operating Officer harmoniously integrates the major functions of the business. They lead a team of strong legal and executive leaders; holding them accountable for creating greater energy for the entire firm. They are the glue that holds the firm together. They embrace and enjoy the role of effectively integrating all the major functions of the firm; and initializing plans to make them a reality. They ensure the organization is aligned with the firm’s core values. This person is great at special projects, operates on logic, and can deal with high stress, pressure, and difficulties with ease. They see value in creating the infrastructure for accountability across the firm and are comfortable putting this in place. They embrace and enjoy the role of providing leadership, management, and accountability for the leadership team. They are accountable for profit and loss and responsible for the overall business plan for the firm. Benefits: • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Implement the CEO’s strategic vision to achieve firm objectives • Provide guidance and mentorship to firm leaders • Foster sustainable growth and profitability within the business • Develop and execute a variety of business strategies, plans, and processes • Ensure team members are held accountable for their responsibilities • Establish efficient systems and procedures to drive productivity and enhance profitability • Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to make informed decisions • Facilitate effective communication across all departments within the firm • Prioritize and coordinate all functions of the firm to work cohesively • Oversee and manage special projects effectively • Identify and address issues, bottlenecks, and barriers promptly and effectively Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree is required • Previous experience in a COO role or similar is essential • Proficient in team management • Willingness to travel regionally 20-40% of the time and occasionally nationally • Demonstrated history of driving profitability • Outstanding professionalism is a must • Positive attitude is key • Must be based in Roswell, Georgia, USA "No Recruiter Contact please" Compensation: $125,000+ yearly + Bonus DOE
