The right candidate for this position will have excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as strong leadership and decision-making ability. The ideal Chief Operating Officer harmoniously integrates the major functions of the business. They lead a team of strong legal and executive leaders; holding them accountable for creating greater energy for the entire firm. They are the glue that holds the firm together.
